Topic: sme v5.1.2 updates

Dear All
I seem to have trouble downloading the Blades update for v5.1.2 update 2.
The update stops and reports it has trouble downloading files (filenname).
I have tried a number of times without success.

So instead I downloaded the files from myezserver at http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/updates/SMEServer-5.1.2_Update2-04/
which I assume is the same update.
How do I instal these files and or what order are they installed in.
I have copied the files to a home folder on the server and
I know the command rpm -ivh ........., but what to do first and in what order
