You should ask this question of the Mitel Authorized Partner through whom you purchase ServiceLink.

I think what he meant to say is that you should contact a Mitel Authorized partner and discuss subscribing and upgrading to SME v5.5 with ServiceLink. I take it you don't have ServiceLink but would like to have it.
