Bugzilla maintenance 23/09/14

At 16.30 CET :

FYI, in about 2 hours, I'll cut Bugzilla access to upgrade it to version 4.4.5. It should be down for 15 to 20 minutes (maybe a bit less if everything goes well ;-))

Maintenance is now over, bugzilla has been successfully upgraded and re-enabled
