Is everybody here blind ?
In your original post, the message shows
"From: "sohrab" <sohrab@altawi.com.sa>
To: "'ahmed'" <ahmedsaloom@altawi.com.sa>
Cc: <control@altawi.com.sa>
Subject: Check Status
Date: Sun, 5 Apr 2015 11:28:20 +0300
X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook 12.0"
Note the original sender sohrab has Cc'd the message to control, looks like this is done in Outlook 12 email client, so that is the source.
As the control user is now deleted, then sme server (mailer-daemon) will advise the original sender sohrab that the recipient control does not exist.
This is normal & correct behaviour.
Jonson, if your users stop sending (Cc'ing) messages to control, then they will stop receiving undeliverable advices.
The behaviour looks normal & correct to me.
This is user error.
