Topic: Attachment exceed 500 kb not send why what is the problem

I have problem
I have SME mail server 8 when i send or receive
it is working good
but my problem is when i send email with attachment more 500 KB(kilo bytes)
it show in outbox as error in outlook
if attachment file is less than 500 KB it send success
if attachment is more than 500 KB it show message sent in outbox if i wait 5 minute it not send
i try to send from another account in my network
it also send receive good but message sent must be less 500 KB any kind of files (word,excel,text,zip,jpeg)
if attachment more than 500 KB
and it show in outbox in outlook
i write this command in ssh
config show qmail
and result

qmail=service
    MaxMessageSize=15000000
    status=enabled

What i do to allow attachment accept until 15 mg(mega bytes)

Outlook should display an error message, we need it to try to find what's wrong. Also look at your /var/log/qpsmtpd/current (or /var/log/sqpsmtpd/current) while sending an email and see if you can find something

The problem is when sending email with size big from 500 kb not send and display as message in outbox

Your tail command was ok, just send the complete log.

tail -f /var/log/qpsmtpd/current

and

tail -f /var/log/sqpsmtpd/current

Is this from sending the mail with a 500Mb+ attachement?

This shows an email:

- Being accepted
- Coming from a gmail address, so not something one of your outlook user is sending

To inform you as above email not sending with any attachment and not receiving with any attachment big from 500 KB
i make restart to my mail server
every thing is work
but why this happen

We cannot tell you what happened without knowing it first, and we cannot know it without logs showing the error

How we know that space available in hard disk or full hard disk space
Are there are any command show to me free space
and used space in hard disk
