hi..

you have at least 2 problems:
- mysql is not running or you're missing a database
- clamd is unable to scan emails

just guessing, but the issues let me thing you've something wrong with your fs

can you take a look at /var/log/messages, /var/log/dmesg?

can you tell us something about your server history?
