Vtiger runs on v9. Egroupware as well I believe

Pretty well any web based crm should

Have some old contribs somewhere that can show you some ideas for configs but not about to rush back from my hols to find them :-)

Will dig them out when back.

@gbentley

I think that it does depend on what you are going to be using a CRM / SFA (Sales Force Automation) for. i.e. although CiviCRM might not be suitable for a Capital Goods type sales situation, it is wonderful for a charity and may be adaptable for certain types of on-line businesses.

My favorites are EspoCRM and FatFreeCRM but I haven't looked at it in a while and  know that one should take John and others recommendations of vTiger very seriously:
http://demo.espocrm.de/basic/   ...   LAMP, (Mobile Responsive= "One version for all your devices")
http://demo.fatfreecrm.com/login (aaron, aaron)   ...   LAMP/Ruby, (Mobile Apps= Android)
https://demo.vtiger.com/   ...   LAMP, (Mobile Apps= iPhone, iPad and Android)

I would be interested in your views / what you have looked at and liked/disliked.
