What update blades are currently out? 28th August 2002.

I'm using Ver 5.5 and it only shows one update, is that correct?

No! There is also an "Update 2" for Ver 5.5, but it must be applied manually.

Why is it not done through the "blade" process? Wasn't that the whole point of blades?

There used to be heaps of blades come up in the availible list and now it would appear to be a defunt option.

What's going on with the "Blades" ???

There are still lot's of blades for SME but unless you have a paid subscription for the premium services you won't see them.

I've had an email request in to Mitel about buying support in Australia for several days now - Not a peep back.  Hmmmmmm.....
