Topic: How can I re-add a user that was accidentally deleted?

I mistakenly deleted one of two similarly named accounts.  Now when I try to recreate that user, the system tells me "can't be created because there is already a user-deleted account of that name."

How can I clear that state so that I can re-add the user?

db accounts remove account_name
