Topic: WEBMAIL unable to receive

I am on videotron Montréal.
I can send email with no problem.
I cannot receive email from the web outside of videotron.
I guess videotron is blocking the email.
I am on dyndns.org.
I tried dns2go and I was able to see server-manager, but still on a customer with videotron.
I was redirecting with dns2go.
But they are going to charge in october.
So I came back with dyndns.

What is the best way with dynamic dns?

I looked in the doc for e-smith, for the mail, but I couldn't find anything. Is there another doc or place I could look.

This forum is quite active.

I tried sending email to my webmail server from outside i.e myrealbox.com with a copy to my account at videotron.
I receive im my videotron account but not to my webmail.
