Windows (10) client cannot see or change ReadOnly attribute on files - SOLVED

I have a few archive files in an iBay that were created some years ago.  They were set as ReadOnly by a Windows client.

I rarely use these files, but recently had need to edit one, but I cannot change the ReadOnly attribute - Windows gives me an error - see screen grab attached.  Note: Windows does not see ReadOnly set.

I understand that Windows attributes vs Linux attributes is complicated, but this all used to work - probably with V9.  I am currently running a fully updated V10.1 server.  I suspect this happened during a server update (I always update using a full back-up and restore.)

I don't want to start going into the Samba configuration and start randomly trying things, so any advice on what might be causing this would be gratefully received.
Thanks, Barry.

Try saving ibay properties, will reapply permissions. You might need to edit attributes from console for those files.

Many thanks bunkobugsy - this fixed the problem.

Windows still cannot see the read-only status, but I can live with that.
