Topic: SME Drop outs

Gidday all, I have a very interesting problem, every 15 mins or so web browsing seems to hang. When I SSH to the box and ping/lynx outside sites they load fine, but it takes 2 to 3 mins for other win boxes on the LAN to start getting pages again.

I have no idea where to even start with this one, any ideas?

SME 5.5 with Update 2 with the following rpm's installed:

RAV 8.3
SquidGuard
User Manger
Update System
RPM Manager
System Status
Web Console
Service Control
Dialup
Proxy Users

I have a permanent dial up account which I use a NetComm 56k modem to connect to.

The hardware stats are:

P3 500, 256MB SDRAM, 3GB HDD, SIS Video, AT Mini Tower Case.
