Topic: Backup to Desktop (Automated)

This is possible to automate the "backup to desktop" function similar to the backup to CD module (cd-utils-0.2-SME55.tgz).   Where you can select the files to backup and the times/day when it will occur?

I do not have a tape drive, and the data is large than a CDR.

Hi,

Take a look at rsync and unison (search these boards).

They both will sync an ibay to another location (windwows share..)
