Tdma is free and can be used on e-smith/mitel. Stephen as i believe has simply packaged it. Making a simpler install and i would assume some integration into the SME admin panel.

There are other solutions some of which (in my opinion) are better, easier to install and administer.

The orignal question asked for a free and working spam filter i suggested one.

James, ASSP (according to the page Steve posted) is free and Linux compatible, which suggests that it will work on SME.  According to Steve, he's gotten it working on SME.  He's answered your question--what are you complaining about?
