Use your root password, this will allow you to connect to it until you create some users in your SME Server that have the same username and passwords as your windows workstations.

Windows 9X / Me
--------------------------

When accessing shares with earlier versions of windows a dialogue box comes up asking you for a password but does not allow you to specify the username. This is because windows uses the user name as the current windows login user name. You are unable to change this. To access the sme, you need an account on the server the same as the login on the windows machine.

Windows 2K / XP
-------------------------
You can use any username and password combination which is set up on the server machine

Hope This Helps
