Topic: Windows workstations one hour ahead of e-smith after sync

I am using e-smith 5.5 and I am using the net time command to sync my workstations to e-smith. Problem is, the workstations sync one hour ahead of time.
If the local time is 8:00 am, the workstations login and sync at 9:00 am. I checked the e-smith server and the time zone is right (pacific) and the workstations are right (98 and 2000). What else could be the problem???
