Andreas,

I just found the same error happening on my v 5.1.2 server.  I posted a message on the phorum this afternoon, so perhaps someone else is having (or had) the issue and knows how to correct.

I guess you didn't search here for "duplicate key name".

Charlie,

If I wasn't so impressed with my e-smith/SME servers I would probably respond to your post differently; however, instead of just blasting you I did run the search you suggested.  After digging through the threads of all 16 "hits" on the search I didn't find a conlusive fix for my problem.  Or perhaps it is in there but due to the nature of different systems and the messages and files structures I am not able to glean it.  It appears that this might be related to the IMP webmail upgrade - however, my IMP webmail has been working fine since the very beginning without any outward signs of trouble.

If you know the answer or think you have an idea it would be helpful to provide more than the bare minimum information.  I am all for the "help yourself" nature of these phorums and have had very good luck in the past; however, it seems that this reply and some of the things I have seen you post over on the developer phorum indicate your attitude is POOR.  What's going on?  I know your time on these phorums is 'your own', but is this the general SME/Mitel stance - blunt, single sentence posts which are not helpful?!

Drew

Hi,
Since upgrading my 5.1.2.box to 5.5, then applying the update blade 2, I'm getting the exact same message as Andreas. Following Charlie's advice, I have searched the forums for "duplicate key name", and can only find people looking for an answer to the same problem?

Please let us know if a cure is found!

Regards.

And if you follow the thread from one of those questions you'll find:

...which buried amongst 21 threads reveals a comment that the error is "normal" - hardly the answer I was expecting! It would be nice to know why the error occurs and what is being loaded (or not) to mysql, but I'll rest easy for now as everything appears to be functioning regardless.

Thanks for directing me to the right place Charlie - and have a good Christmas!
