Topic: Email not bouncing

I have email settings such that invalid addresses should not be delivered.  However, I see them getting through.  Any ideas?

You did not mention what version SME you are using.

You can do a search of the forums for SPAM.  There are several discussions about this and spammers.

If you are using SME 5.1.2, you can also visit this site for a contrib module that will fix a problem with qmail allowing e-mail to non-existing users on your system:

If you are using SME 5.5, I don't know if you can stop that behavior...  Someone else care to elaborate?
