How to remove phpnuke 1.8.8

Hi and thanks for reading, im just asking if anyone knows of a fool proof way to completely remove phpnuke of a server, its a default install so there no fancy setup i rtied to remove it using rpm but with no joy..
If anyone could post a quick step by step guide id be really thankfull..

assuming you followed the instructions,from Dan Brown iirc, then surely its just a case of deleting all the phpnuke files and removing the custom template that pointed apache to your installation. You'd then have to do the rebuild of the apache config file - not sure that will entirely remove the pointer - you may have to remove that manually from httpd.conf. If you installed it in the primary i-bay you would also want to create a new index.html so that you dont give an error page to people browsing to your server

oh and you'll want to delete the phpnuke dbase and user from mysql as well as they are no longer needed.
