Topic: Quota management reports 4.77Mb even if no mail is present

I have one account (out of over 100) that is reporting as having 11 -12 messages and 4.77 mb on the server but there is no emai lto retrieve via Outlook and if you login with webmail it also shows no email.

I have checked the local machine to make sure it is not keeping email on the server after download and all the other settings are as per normal.

The account has been deleted, recreated, more than once and the server has been restarted but it still shows the same as soon s recrecreate the account.

the really wierd thing is that if you create an account with similar names or usernames, it reports the same amount.  But I can create an acount with totally different names and it reports nothing.

Please help.

From console:
cd /home/e-smith/files/%username%/
du -h Maildir

cd /home/e-smitih/files
du -h %username


Where %username% is the username of your user.  You may find there is data in there after all.
