Topic: I don't see a list of blades to install

... is this because I have not paid for ServiceLink?  In the Administrator's Guide v5.6 it mentions that "your ability to "see" and download these blades depends upon the specific terms of your 6000 MAS subscription.".  So does that mean before I can install Groupware (for eg) I have to pay for ServiceLink?

Check with Mitel or an authorized partner. They can give you all the details.
