I just set up my e-smith 5.5 server to work with an Emulex Netque Print server. I noticed that it hasn't been posted yet so i am posting it.
From the printers pane in server manger click on click here to add printer
choose a name in lower case i chose lpd. Add any description you like and choose network printer.
Type in ip address of netque print server box, and type PASSTHRU all uppercase for network printer name. click on create.
That should be it, you should now be able to map to printer and use it.
