Topic: explorer times out on webmail

Having a wee problem when a user types in a long message into webmail - when they click sendt it displays the white microsoft screen saying cannot access server.

Its like the "connection" had timed out... and the user goes mad because the email is lost.  Had a look for a setting in explorer but .....
