To All,
     
     Can anyone point where is the shell account profile of all e-smith users (like the bash shell etc..). I want to edit all individual users login shell.
     Because when I went to all users home folder of e-smith, I don't see the bash profile

Have you tried playing in /etc/e-smith/skel?
