Does the dialer in V4b7 dial each time that qmail has an outgoing message ?
If so this can become a very expensive solution in South Africa where our
Telcoms monopoly charges a high rate for the first minute of connect time.
On this particular network (10 users) the modem is constantly dialing.
Is it not possible to hold the outgoing messages untill the cron time for scheduled
collection?
