Topic: FTP acces to i-bays is gone

Hi there!

After the power to my e-smith server was cut suddnetly the e-bay accounts cannot access their files via FTP. The admin-FTP-account is working just fine.

I don't know is there is any connection between the power down and the lack og FTP-access - I just want the i-bay accounts to have FTP-access again

Anybody know how do solve this?

Kinda sounds Microsoftish, but have you tried a clean shutdown/reboot since the power outtage?
