Topic: Default web page display name?

Howdy...

Relatively new to the sme server.  I just perused through the docs page looking for some info on posting content to the web server.  I read some information on modifying ibays, I read something about all one needing to do was to dump an html file into the html directory for a given ibay so as to have that page displayed.  What I didn't see though is what the default name of said file is supposed to be.  I'm assuming index.htm / html?  Now, while that may be the case for individual ibays, what about the server/domain in general - ie:http://mysmeserver - where do I ftp/move web content to for that root web content?  I've perused the faq,and as mentioned, looked through the online docs a bit, but I'm either not seeing it, or the info I'm looking for is elsewhere.
