Topic: No PHP In The PRIMARY Bay?

I'm trying to move stuff from my old 5.5 to my 5.6 server and thought I'd try and move my phpGroupWare out of an ibay into the PRIMARY website. I can't seem to get it to work. If I try and restore my backup .gz or even trying to install fresh.

If I go ahead and create an ibay on the 5.6 server and drop the .gz there, it works fine. :/

I figured I could save a domain name if I just have the groupware load as my PRIMARY domain instead of having to have a seperate Virtual Domain for it.

Is there anything I'm missing?

I'm having the same problem too. I just did a clean install of 5.6 and PHP isn't working on the Primary site. I've created a testing iBay and it works fine in there. I'm trying to install Postnuke 722. Any ideas?
