Topic: Mount network drive

I want to mount a networks drive and use dump to backup one server to another, the two servers are not local to each other ie 183.29.39.100 and 162.38.50.100
when I try to mount 162.38.50.100:/"directory" /"directory" I get connection refused error I think this is because I havent supplied a password and user name but I dont know how to so this with the mount command
