I have installed this program, but nothing is found in server-manager.

How to use it??

Unless logwatch has been specifically packaged for SME (which it hasn't) you will have to run logwatch from command line. Read the documentation at

http://www.logwatch.org/ to find out how to use it

The one packaged by Shad Lords (http://lordsfam.com/downloads/production/logwatch/) sends e-mail to admin. A bit too verbose, but nice. No server-manager interface, but cron schedule is configured.
