Topic: Is there a listing of the httpd.conf template files?

I need something that basically explains what each file under templates controls when the httpd.conf file gets rebuilt. I've tried modifying a couple to get what I'm trying to do but it didn't work. :/

Basically I need to remove the /files alias for ONE Ibay and also change the php_basedir - but I don't want to make the changes system wide - just for specific bays.
