Re-Creation of the Log Files.

Re-Creation of the Log Files.

I guess I just need to re-create my log files from scratch and also the symbolic link for the access.log file :/

What's the best way to do that short of just dumping all the SQL and websites to backups and reinstalling SME from scratch?
