Topic: IRM on e-smith

Hi

Has anyone had any luck getting the IRM helpdesk system running on e-smith?

I'm trying on 5.6, but seem to be having problems with changes to the php.ini taking effect.

Any pointers appreciated.

I have IRM working on 5.1.2U3 with no problems.

I have tried IRM on any version of ESS&G/SME from 4.1.2 up to 5.6.

Works great, except mail directed to admin when someone has filed a new job.

Has anyone figured this out???

Also, I KNOW I've seen an SME rpm of IRM somewhere, but right now I don't remember where...
