twiggi log in
« on: April 10, 2003, 08:42:08 AM »
Hi All,
I have installed the twiggi rpm and I can access it from https://servername/twiggi but I can't log in, I hav esearched the forums and it appears that I should be able to use any user name and password. I have tried each user and still I can't log in!
Do I need to modify anything before it will work? Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Del

Hi All,
OK, I made the mistake of searching the last 30 days onlyand a second search with "all dates" selected came up with this:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Author: Mike S. (n3t4dm1n_AT_hotmail.com)
Date:   02-19-03 13:05

OK.. I feel dumb now. I figured out how to login.. I needed to change the IMAP port and IMAP path settings to "143/notls" and "/" respectively. Now I am able to login... I wish they were all this easy! :-)
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Can someone tell me how to alter these settings, please?
Cheers,
Del

when you install Twiggi it puts a panel into your server-manager. You change these settings in there.

Thanks Bob, I have done that and know I can log in, but when I click on any of the icons etc it just returns back to the login screen, any ideas? I must mention that I have just uninstalled phpprojekt as in my forum search this was mentioned as a possible problem, what do you think?
Thanks all,

Quick search on here found this from a user with a similiar problem on a SME 5.6 box. Darrell apparently posted this fix on the Twiggi forums for people with this problem. More info there no doubt.

Thanks again Bob, funny how you can search and get lots of results and miss the one you really need to see! Works perfect now.
