Topic: Problem installing large RPMs with e-smith

hi there!

i keep getting, "unpacking of archive failed: cpio: Bad Magic" errors about half way through installing large RPMS of say larger than 3 Megs.

could anyone tell me what this means? i've tried quite a few large RPMs from different sources and they all don't work 8(

any help would be appreciatted

Hi back.  The first thing that comes to mind is disk space availability on the server you are trying to install on?
