Topic: can't recieve email

Using SME serverV5.  
It is set as private.
We are not using it as a mail server.  
We send and recieve email from our web host.  
We can send email.  We can obviously get in and out on the net.  The DHCP is enabled and working.  But can't recieve email from either our ISP, where we have a box, or from out web hoster.
Can't ping it, the esmith server that is, but its internal IP shows in ipconfig /all.
Was working great for months then Tuesday stopped.
I have rebooted - no help.
