VNC - Netmeeting & printing at remote computer?

VNC - Netmeeting & printing at remote computer?

Is there away to get a shared printer to work at the remote computer each time you login or vnc? I can share the printer and it works for the one session.  Then the next time you have to share the printer all over again to get it work.
