I noticed recently that a contrib was available from Shad Lords site. Now being a bit of a newbie, and wanting to learn as much as I can, thought I would try the RPM's.
Now the part I get a tad confused on. Included in the rpm's is yet another packetfilter, reason I say another is that I have been through quite few a trying to get PortForwarding working. The last attempt was from :-
ftp://ftp.e-smith.org/pub/esmith/contrib/MichaelSoulier/RPMS/noarchWhich was the only version I ever managed to get to portforward (well nearly but thats another story).
The question is, will this packetfilter break my forwarding? as the VPN rpm requires this specific packetfilter rpm...
Did not dare try --nodeps as I was not brave enough to bust my lovely little mitel box.
I do wish I could get my head round numerous rpms, with all sorts of numbers and name for the same thing? (Hope that makes sense)
