does anyone can tell me how to well configure squid proxy program
on e-smith distribution ?

Is-it possible to configure it by web interface or do i have to
use squid.conf file ?

Neither. squid is automatically configured for you and will be ready to use as soon as you configure the networking parameters of the server. Unless you want to make custom changes there is nothing special for you to do.
