We have discovered that something about Windows XP and Windows 2000 is preventing us from using a v5.6 information bay for Outlook Express dbx files.  When we try, Outlook Express reports the folder file as being empty, even when there are hundreds of e-mails.  On attempting to read these files, the folder set is corrupted by Outlook Express.

The same uncorrupted file sets are fine on our older v5 information bays.  Whatever this is must be a fairly serious lurking issue that is bound to cause file corruption in other apps.
