Topic: visual ftp client for sme 5.6

hello people

i want to do downloads from my sme 5.6.

i need to launch downloads trough putty session and quit.

and if any progs that can let me monitor ftp downloads status ?

i searched with google , but no way

in my old win2k pc , i was able to do that with the transfert engine of cute ftp pro 2.0

i hope that i can do the same with my sme 5.6 !

So, you want to Putty into your server and download a file???

Have you looked at the "wget" command?  "man wget" will show you the help pages.
