Topic: QoS Contrib - Spanish anyone?

[QoS Contrib - Spanish an]

I have installed the QoS contrib from contribs.org because my 5.6U4 system was just maxing out it's bandwidth on FTP or SMTP like other users have complained about. Problem is (to me anyway!) is the contrib installs in Spanish - I managed to pick through configuring it via a web based translation site but the translation was so bad - I'm not too sure if I've configured the service properly - anyone help with the page in English?

Hi fellow !

I had to translate it with lycos, unfortunatetly I didn't understand too much of the translation either. U can only choose wether it controls service or share the bandwith throughout the number of workstations connected to SME Box.
Well, I had it run for 1 Week without any significant improvements, so I decided to switch it off again and use cbq from the /sbin/cbq, configured by hand, I know what it does

I think Lightman is working on a translation at the moment, there is also Johnathan who is working on another cbq type panel and has a thread on its progress, do a search for Bandwidth limiting panel and you will find it.

Hi all,

  We received both the english and french translation but are completelly saturated and have not been able to give it back to the community.

  Sorry for the disturbance but we had a hell of a month. We will release the 3 new rpm today afternoon (in Spain): spanish, english and french.
