Topic: Multidrop email passed on to a delegate server

I want to set up e-smith 5.6 to collect multidrop mail from my isp and then  pass the mail on to an exchange server sitting behind sme. I've done this before using smtp with no problems but I am unsure as to whether multidrop will be forwarded on or still just go to each mailbox on the sme.
