Topic: Installing PHPbb - db Name/user/pw

I'm tinkering around with adding PHPbb (www.PHPbb.com) to my website running on ESmith 5.6.  The installation program asks for:

    Database type:  I've set this to MySQL 3.x

 but I'm stumped by the following:

  Your Database Name
  Database Username
  Database Password

Would I have to create a database first?  Can I do this via the server manager?

Cheers, it worked a treat.  

One minor problem I have is that phpBB reports the time as GMT (9:00am), when the SME server is on BST (i.e. 10:00am, one hour ahead).
