As Steve said, they are the same file. We do this to be friendly to our mirror
sites - they only have to rsync the differences between the various alphas and
betas.
If we used the real filename, our mirrors would be forced to perform a
full rsync of the new image. The same applies to anyone downloading the
development images from our mirrors.
The savings can be substantial - the entire image is hundreds of megabytes,
while the differences are typically in the tens of megabytes.
