I am trying to access a control panel to change my users' information with a webhosting company and keep getting the following message (see below) and while searching the reason for this to occur I came across an explanation that...
" Contact your system administrator and request that they allow SSL secure connections on port 19638. The problem arises because standard port for https secure connections is 443. The Control Panel software, however, runs on port 19638. Some firewall programs are sensitive to this and disallow access via SSL to any port other than 443"
How do I allow access via port 19638?
