Newbie domain

I am running a website
www.mydomain.com
from the E-smith server. I do not have a static IP and am using DYNDNS.org for that service. If I want to host
www.yourdomain.com
, can I do that with a virtual domain. If so will the url be
www.yourdomain.com
or
www.mydomain.com/yourdomain?????
