Differences Between SME and 6000MAS

The download page says:
-----
The unsupported developer release does not provide access to any of the services included in our Mitel Networks 6000 Managed Application Server (6000 MAS). These services include virus scanning, spam filtering, web access control, free-busy scheduling, groupware, and technical support.
-----

But, in seaching both the developer site and the Mitel site, I have not been able to discern exactly WHAT does Virus Scanning, Spam filtering, Web access control, etc.  I have my assumptions based on what I'm reading in the forums, but is there a list of the products used somewhere? Are some of them commercial/closed-source?  Why the secrecy (or simply obscurity?)  Specifically, what is the "groupware" in question?  Thanks for the info

They're discussed in the manual. It's available online. I'm also sure any reseller would be happy to give details.

I certainly couldn't get hold of a reseller in the UK - after trying many times!
