automatic backup to workstation

I realy want to run a daily backup of my 6b3 SME server (and keep 4 days of backups), but I am to cheap to get a tapedrive. I do have a lot of space left on one of my workstations. Using the server-manager I get the backup, but automatic is the way of the computer. Does anyone have a script which will do this for me. Take in mind, I can barely spell linux, but today I was tought how to mount a samba-share to my workstation.

I was in the same position a couple of weeks ago.

See http://wiki.contribs.org/weblinks/tree.php?topic_id=78 which lists a nmber of solutions - I use the backup2ws to back the server up to different workstations on various days as rar compressed files and back these up to tape from the workstation. It can also create Cd sized chunks.

Tnx, this is great! (backup has just finished) The rest of the site also allows me to learn more and do future stuff myself.
