Topic: DUMP error reporting on 6.0

On 5.6, if DUMP fails, you can there is information in the backup log, e.g:

  ...
  ...
  DUMP: 34.06% done at 678 kB/s, finished in 4:11
buffer (writer): write of data failed: Input/output error
bytes to write=10240, bytes written=-1, total written    2926430K
  DUMP: Broken pipe
  DUMP: The ENTIRE dump is aborted.
  ...
  ...

On 6.0, there is no DUMP report.  How can I tell if DUMP has failed?
